I am writing you to support your right to protest the Golden Dawn as a fascist organization that promotes xenophobia and racism within Greece. The evidence against you for the charge of "defamation" (calling Golden Dawn "criminals"), for the charge of "inciting violence" (appealing publicly for a fight against fascism), and for the charge of "disturbing the peace" (writing a tract calling for a demonstration against them) is flimsy and the charges themselves are an attempt to take your civil rights away from you. Hopefully you will prevail at your trial.
