It is with consternation that I have learned that you are being charged with "defaming" the Greek Neo-Nazi party Golden Dawn, and that you are even accused of "inciting violence" against said party. As the last years have shown, the threat of violence time and time again comes from Golden Dawn, and it is their mob rule through street violence that is the true threat of to democracy, as imperfect as the latter may be. It is your constitutional right to call for mobilization against the fascist rise in Greece and the rest of Europe, and equating such calls to "defamation" or "calls to violence" effectively shuts down any political debate. I therefore strongly support you in your struggle, and I will urge my contacts to do the same.
